      «/b» Christina Wodicka, age 84, of Carlos, Minnesota, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 1995 at the Douglas County Hospital in Alexandria.
      Christina Mary Adensam was born on December 3, 1910 in Belle River Township, Douglas County, Minnesota to Wenzel and Katherine (Trisko) Adensam. On October 2, 1934, Christina was united in marriage to Anton Wodicka at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Belle River. The couple farmed in Belle River Township all of their lives together. Christina loved the country life and raised beautiful gardens each year. She also raised peacocks and her beautiful birds could be seen walking around the farm. She helped trap gophers each summer and helped with the farm. She kept busy during the winter months doing crocheting and making beautiful dolls that she shared with her family and friends. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church.
      Christina is survived by her two sisters, Mary Barten and Louise and Carl Hillmer, all of Carlos; two brothers: Lawrence Adensam and Nicholas and Dorothy Adensam, Sr. also of Carlos; her aunt, Clara Trisko of Alexandria; nephews and nieces: Clifford Barten, Don and Dennis Hillmer, Patricia Koep, Thomas, Nicholas, Jr., Michael and Diane Adensam, Charles Wodicka and Carol Devaney.
      She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Anton, brother, Wencle Adensam and niece Shirley Barten Zeithamer.
      Funeral Mass of Resurrection was held on Wednesday, March 29, 1995 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Belle River with Father Jeff Ethen officiating. Music was provided by organist, Lynn Lynch and soloist, Dana Hetland. Interment was in the St. Nicholas Cemetery. Lunch was provided after the committal service by the church women.
      Pallbearers were Clifford Barten, Dennis Hillmer, Charles Wodicka, Nicholas Adensam, Jr., Ron Zeithamer and Florian Sprinzel.
      Funeral arrangements were handled by the Roy-Hetland Funeral Home in Osakis.
