«b»Mrs. Arthur T. Pagles Dies after Long Illness
«/b» Mary Margaret Pagles, wife of Arthur T. Pagles, 39, of 4322 Mt. Vernon road SE, a Cedar Rapids resident for 20 years, died in Rochester, Minn. at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, following a long illness. She was born March 23, 1913, in Janesville, Wis. and was married Sept. 27, 1933, in Iowa City.
Mrs. Pagles was a member of the All Saints church, B.P.W. club and the Women's Credit club.
Surviving in addition to her husband are a son Ronald Lee, 13, and a daughter Karen Sue, 10, both at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael J. Peters of St. Paul; four sisters, Mrs. R. J. Schnurrer of St. Paul, Mrs. Leonard McMullen of Mohtemedi, Minn., Mrs. Donald Drake of Cedar Rapids and Mrs. Don C. Holland of Macon, Ga.; one brother, Tom Peters of Cedar Rapids; besides several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted in the All Saints church at 9 a.m. Wednesday by the Rev. L. V. McDonough. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial cemetery.
Father McDonough will recite the Rosary in the Turner chapel at 9 p.m. Tuesday. Friends may call at the chapel after 1 p.m. Monday.
