NOKOMIS -- Thomas J. Bell, 73, of Nokomis died 4:10 a.m. Saturday (July 26, 1986) in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in St. Louis Catholic Church, Nokomis. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home, Nokomis.
Mr. Bell was born in Chicago, son of Joseph and Helen Bell. He wa a retired machinist for U.S. Steel. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church. He married Lillian G. Blessing in 1957.
Surviving are his wife; stepsons, Ronald Rollo of Palos Heights; Eugene Rolo of Hillcrest; stepdaughter, Mrs. Peter (Virginia) Gerber of Tempe, Ariz.; 13 stepgrandchildren; 14 great-stepgrandchildren.
