  Miscellaneous Tidbits: Moulton Weekly Tribune, Thursday, June 12, 1930, Page 1 Column 3 FIRED AT ROBBER; CAUSED DISTURBANCE Roscoe "Dolly" McKinney was brought before Squire Cole, Thursday morning to account for some promisucous shooting that took place in northwest Moulton last Wednesday night. McKinney explained that he was shooting at some one who was attempting to enter his work shop. Some of the stray bullets from the gun scattered to a nearby home. McKinney was instructed to be more careful with his shooting in the future. No information was filled and he was released. Moulton Weekly Tribune, Thursday, September 28, 1933, Page 1 Column 1 Local Youth Arraigned Before Squire Cole Roscoe McKinney was taken before Squire Mont Cole yesterday afternoon to face a charge of indecent exposure. McKinney pled not guilty and his bond was set at $300 which was posted. His trial will come up in the district court at the next term.
