... On Thursday of last week while eating his noonday meal, August Radke succumbed to an attach of heart failure. The deceased was born on the 25th day of May, 1860, in the state of Wisconsin, and therefore was 57 years old at the time of his death. His death came as a shock to his relatives and friends. He came to Minnesota when a child of 10 years old and lived here ever since. Besides his sorrowing wife he is survived by six children: Mrs. Harris, Mrs. Hodge, Edward, Walter, Clarence and Violet. He was a good husband and father and his untimely death is mourned by all.

August Radke died suddenly of heart failure last Thursday. He had been ill for some time with heart trouble and nervous disorders. The Radke family has lived in this city during the past year, moving here from Luverne, Minnesota.
Mr. Radke was 57 years of age and leaves a wife and six children. They are Mrs. Arthur Harris and Edward Radke of Mankato, Mrs. Lester Hodge and Walter Radke of Truman and Clarence and Violet of St. Peter. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the German Lutheran church. Interment in Greenhill Cemetery.
