STATE OF ILLINOIS, WINNEBAGO COUNTY, SS. IN THE PROBATE COURT OF WINNEBAGO COUNTY, ILLINOIS, IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION FOR PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILL OF PETER NEITITS, DECEASED, AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION WITH WILL ANNEXED.
Public notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed in the Probate Court of Winnebago County, Illinois, stating that Peter Neitits of Beloit, Rock County, Wisconsin died leaving a will and owning real estate located in the State of Illinois.
The said deceased left him surviving Mathew Neitits, a/k/a Neititus; Anthony Neitits, a/k/a Neititus or unknown heirs or devisees of Anthony Neitits, a/k/a Neititus; Joseph Bellskus or unknown heirs and devisees of Joseph Bellskus; Margaret Peters; Mary H. Beecher; unknown heirs and devisees of Mathew Bellskus; and unknown heirs at law, if any, If living, whose names and addresses are unknown, as his sole heirs at law, and George McMahan, Alvin Christensen, Betty Christensen, Charles Clark and David Clark as devisees and legatees who have or may have some interest in said Illinois real estate. Said petition has been filed by Robert C. Bourland, Public Administrator, praying that said foreign will be admitted to probate and for issuances of letters of administration with will annexed.
Notice is hereby given to the above named person and unknown heirs, if any, and all whom it may concern, that a hearing will be had on said petition by said Probate Court; in the room usually occupied by said Court, in the Court House in the City of Rockford, Winnebago County, Illnois, on the 25th day of September, 1962, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., D.S.T. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at which time and place you are notified to be present, if you so desire.

«b»P.J. Neititus Dies; Rites Are Monday«/b»
Beloit, Wis. -- Services for Peter J. Neititus, 87, 1122 Oak St., a retired industrial worker, coal miner and hotel handyman, will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m. in Daley-Murphy-Wisch Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. in St. Jude's Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 4 p.m.
Mr. Neititus died Friday afternoon in his home after a long illness.
He was born in Russia, son of Joseph and Margaret Neititus. He married Margaret Clark of Beloit in 1925. She died July 24, 1960.
Mr. Neititus was employed as a moulder at Yates-American Machine Co. During the war he worked in a coal mine in West Virginia. He was a handyman at the Hilton Hotel until retiring 16 years ago.

Beloit -- Peter Neititus, 87, Beloit, died Friday (Oct. 27, 1961) at his home after a long illness.
Mr. Neititus was born in Russia, and lived in Beloit for the past 60 years.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the Daley-Wisch-Murphy funeral home, Beloit. The rosary will recited at 4 this afternoon.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Jude's Catholic Church.
Surviving is one brother, Matthew.
