Theser Funeral Services to Be Held on Monday
Anton Theser, 59, passed away after about ten days' illness at the family home near Hidalgo. The family came to the Valley about 16 years ago from Minnesota and have made their home here since then, during which time they have made many friends.
Besides his wife, Marie Theser, he is survived by four sons and two daughters, Tony, who lives at Pirez, Minnesota. John, MIke and Frank of Hidalgo, Mrs. Mary Ward of Los Angeles and Miss Catherine Theser of McAllen.
The rosary service will be held at the Kreidler chapel at 8 o'clock Sunday evening, while mass will be held at the Sacred Heart cathedral at 9 o'clock Monday morning, with the Rev. Father C. J. Seimes officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Anton Theser Funeral Service Is Held Here
Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Monday at the Sacred Heart cathedral here for Anton Theser, 59, who succumbed at his home near here Saturday. The Rev. Father Charles J. Siemes officiated and interment took place at Roselawn cemetery. Survivors include the wife, Mrs. Marie Theser, McAllen; four sons, Tony of Pirez Minn. and John, Mike and Frank of Hidalgo; and two daughters, Mrs. Mary Ward of Los Angeles and Miss Catherine Theser of McAllen. He had resided here for the past 16 years. Kreidler Funeral home, McAllen, directed arrangements.
