  	Duluth News Tribune - Wednesday 2 December 1931 George McKay George McKay, 58, Metropole hotel, died Sunday in a Duluth hospital. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Clair Agnew and Miss Alma McKay; a sister, Mrs. John McKenzie, and a brother, Edward all of Canada. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today in the Crawford mortuary with burial in Ashland, Wis. Duluth Herald - Wednesday 2 December 1931 George McKay Funeral services for George McKay, aged 38, Metropole hotel, who died Sunday, were held at the Crawford mortuary chapel this afternoon and the body was taken to Ashland, Wis., for burial. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Clair Agnew and Miss Alma McKay; a sister, Mrs. John McKenzie, and a brother, Edward, all of Canada. Ashland Daily Press - Wednesday 2 December 1831 Page 3 Column 2 GEORGE MCKAY DIES AT DULUTH George McKay, resident of this city for many years, passed away at Duluth after a short illness, according to word received here. He was about 60 years of age. Mr. McKay was well known here having been in business here for a number of years before moving to Duluth about 20 years ago. Funeral services will be conducted by the Odd Fellows from the Pascoe Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday with the Reverend William H. Ziegler officiating. Interment will be in Highland cemetery.
